Twitter: What the Trend?

Trending topics on Twitter are often described using opaque jargon and hashtags.

We created a site to explain Twitter trends via crowdsourcing (wiki-style). In real time, upcoming trends are identified and customised pages created showing relevant tweets, Google News results and Flickr photos.

What The Trend received positive press coverage on Mashable and Techcrunch.
